Teens & Adults Grading CurriculumTo get your Yellow Belt you need to perform the following: Bhang Kwon Sul – Son 1 to 12 Bhang Kwon Sul – Bal 1 to 12 Nak Sul 1 to 6 To get your Orange Belt you need to perform the following: Everything that you did to get your Yellow belt PLUS: Son Mok Sul 1 to 6 Yuk Son Mok Sul 1 to 6 Dan Jok Sul 1 to 8 Fitness for teenagers: 10 push ups with nose ont he mat & 2 chin ups with your hand facing out Fitness for adults: Ask your instructor To get your Green Belt you need to perform the following: Everything that you did to get your Orange belt PLUS: Oht Sul 1 to 6 Bok Shik Jok Sul 1 to 3 Fitness for teenagers: 15 push ups with nose on the mat & 3 chin ups with your hand facing out Fitness for adults: Ask your instructor To get your Blue Belt you need to perform the following: Everything that you did to get your Green belt PLUS: Bhang Jok Sul 1 to 6 Bok Shik Jok Sul 4 to 6 Fitness for teenagers: 20 push ups with nose on the mat & 3 chin ups with your hand facing out Fitness for adults: Ask your instructor To get your Red-white Belt you need to perform the following: Everything that you did to get your Blue belt PLUS: Joong Keub Son Mok Sul 1 to 6 Bok Shik Jok Sul 7 to 9 Fitness for teenagers: Minimum of 25 push ups with nose on the mat & 4 chin ups with your hand facing out + cardio kicks Fitness for adults: Ask your instructor To get your Red Belt you need to perform the following: Everything that you did to get your Red-whitebelt PLUS: Ab Oht Sul 1 to 6 Ab Bhang Shin Sul 1 to 6 Yun Shik Jok Sul 1 to 3 Fitness for teenagers: 30 push ups with nose on the mat & 5 chin ups with your hand facing out Fitness for adults: Ask your instructor To get your Brown-white Belt you need to perform the following: Everything that you did to get your Red belt PLUS: Dwi Oht Sul 1 to 6 Dwi Bhang Shin Sul 1 to 6 Yun Shik Jok Sul 4 to 6 Fitness for teenagers: Minimum of 35 push ups with nose on the mat & 6 chin ups with your hand facing out + cardio kicks Fitness for adults: Ask your instructor To get your Brown Belt you need to perform the following: Everything that you did to get your Brown-whitebelt PLUS: Bhang Too Sul 1 to 6 Sun Sul 1 to 6 Yun Shik Jok Sul 7 to 9 Fitness for teenagers: Minimum of 40 push ups with nose on the mat & 7 chin ups with your hand facing out Fitness for adults: Ask your instructor To get your Brown-black Belt you need to perform the following: Everything that you did to get your Brown belt PLUS: Sang Keub Son Mok Sul 1 to 6 Ssang Soo Sul 1 to 6 Teuk Soo Jok Sul 1 to 3 Fitness for teenagers: Minimum of 45 push ups with nose on the mat & 8 chin ups with your hand facing out Fitness for adults: Ask your instructor To get your Black Belt you need to perform the following: Everything that you did to get your Brown belt PLUS: Yang Son Mok Sul 1 to 6 Sang Keub Oht Sul 1 to 6 Bhang Kum Sul 1 to 6 Teuk Soo Jok Sul 4 to 6 Fitness for teenagers: Minimum of 50 push ups with nose on the mat & 10 chin ups with your hand facing out + cardio kicks Fitness for adults: Ask your instructor |
